We want to inform our valued patients that our Ukiah office has closed. All Ukiah patient charts have been transferred to our Lakeport office, where we will be extending our hours to Thursdays and Fridays to better accommodate our patients.
We understand that this change will require our Ukiah patients to travel farther for their care, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We truly appreciate your understanding and your continued trust in our team.
